This website, loranuxet.com, is operated by Dehbi Expim Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15782606, with its registered office at Suite 2, 203–205 The Vale, London W3 7QS, United Kingdom. In these terms, "Loranuxet", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Dehbi Expim Ltd.

These terms apply to everyone who visits our website or buys from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Using Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate information when you create an account or place an order, and to keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Products and Prices

We sell winter accessories such as hats, scarves, gloves and related items. We do our best to show product colours, materials and sizes accurately, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders and Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This is not yet an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

6. Delivery

7. Your Right to Cancel and Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Faulty Goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as set out in the law.

You must not use the website to break the law, to send harmful or misleading material, to upload viruses or other malicious code, to collect other people's personal data, to send spam, or to interfere with the security or operation of the website. We may suspend or close access for anyone who misuses the website.
