Where We Deliver

Loranuxet delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are currently unable to ship to addresses outside the UK.

Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping
Cost: Free on all orders
Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days

Insured Express Shipping
Cost: £2.95
Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
Your parcel is fully insured and receives priority handling.

You can choose your preferred option at checkout.

Business Days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates. During busy periods such as Black Friday and the run up to Christmas, or in the event of severe weather or courier disruption, deliveries may take a little longer. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please get in touch and we will look into it.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Customs and Taxes

As we only deliver within the United Kingdom, there are no customs fees or import duties. All prices include any applicable taxes.

Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@loranuxet.com. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot change an address once the order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us with your order number and, if possible, photos of the damage. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
